For the first time since mid-May, Bitcoin is trading above $55. The capitalization of the main digital currency exceeded $1 trillion.
Over the last week, Bitcoin has gone up and is moving steadily toward the historical maximum of $64,800. Analysts suggest the rate may rise to $100,000 by the end of 2021.
Experts attribute the growth in quotations to the recovery of hashrate and the emergence of large investors. In the summer, Bitcoin’s hash rate more than doubled due to the ban on mining in China. As a result, miners relocated en masse to other countries. At the end of July, the hash rate gradually began to recover.
